OUR WORK
Equity Learning Lab (ELL)

Our Challenge
The ELL journey was nonlinear, emotional, and deeply personal. The design needed to honor this complexity while balancing the aesthetics preferred by funders—clean, minimal layouts—with the need to reflect joy, community, and cultural nuance. Additional challenges included limited participant photography and a wide range of content types to organize.
Our Approach
We developed a visual identity that centers clarity, vibrancy, and inclusion. Using bold color accents, stylized illustrations (in place of unavailable photos), and intentional typography, we designed a website that feels both grounded and hopeful. To extend the visual language beyond the site, we also designed a series of reports and digital resources that aligned with the established creative direction.
