The goal of this project was two-fold:  1) Increase the number of people in determined target audiences contacting their local credit counseling agency 2) Determine whether clients would pursue financial assistance and credit repair if directed to appropriate resources. I was responsible for the visual direction the project which was heavily inspired by Pixar’s Monster’s Inc. (Sidenote: I’m a big kid at heart!) Working closely with the web design team, I provided art direction and feedback on website mock-ups prior to implementation. I also collaborated with the 
in-house copywriter to develop content and conceptualize the design for the marketing campaign. Lastly, I designed the final project report, which includes information about the project and credit counseling agencies, human insight process and results of the intervention testing (online diagnostic tool).
